Job Description

As the ENGINE Site AV Lead, you will serve as the primary technical owner for Audio‑Visual and Visualization operations supporting the ENGINE. The role is responsible for providing hands‑on technical leadership, coordination, and subject‑matter expertise for AV and Visualization services delivered through managed service partners.

The position requires strong technical knowledge of AV and Visualization infrastructure, including planning, design, installation, ongoing administration, troubleshooting, and operational support. You will work closely with service providers to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs, standards, and operational expectations, while retaining accountability for technical quality and continuity of service. The position will partner closely with Chevron Enterprise IT Services to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, architecture, security, and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ENGINE AV and Visualization room performance, operations, and compliance​
  • Operations,  Maintenance and compliance of rooms.​
  • Lead a team of managed service personnel involved in the delivery of AV and Visualization Services ​
  • Lead and serves as point of escalation on operational incidents and service escalations   ​
  • Escalation and coordination point for maintenance, support and compliance​
  • Lead team in alignment with Chevron Enterprise IT and cybersecurity standards ​
  • Lead efforts in the purchasing of AV and Visualization hardware, software, and technical services to ensure adherence to technical and security specifications​
  • Create and manage inventories, documentation, reports, and metrics​
  • Responsible for ensuring that there is On-Call support and remote support as needed​
  • Responsible for continued learning and development in current position expectation and growing in other technical area.​

Required Qualifications

  • EXPERIENCE - Requires technical skills, experience, and relevant (minimum) AV/VC certifications (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Cisco, Poly, QSC). Microsoft Teams, QSC - Level 2​, Crestron - CTI Commercial Technician. Knowledge in Azure AD, SIP, O365, standard network protocols, ITIL/ITSM-based processes, and Information Risk Management/security compliance activities. ​
  • EDUCATION - Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management and Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related field.​
