Job Description
We are seeking a Provider Relations Analyst to join our Academia and Government team in Chennai. This role involves monitoring and addressing issues related to provider content and analyzing metadata and content gaps to identify and implement necessary corrections. It also includes building relationships with key provider contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline
- At Least 2 Years of Relevant Experience in meta data analysis, content review journal operations, editorial administration, and content management.
- Ability to clearly express yourself both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and make sure all tasks are well organized and can be understandable when monitored by various stakeholders and have analytical mindset and ability to reflect the project under your responsibility using reports which will be monitored by higher management

What will you be doing in this role?
- Communicate with key content providers to identify the cause of issues and engage with internal stakeholders and external providers in solutions as necessary and on time.
- Regularly monitor provider submissions to ensure accuracy, correct issues, and identify gaps.
- Analyze system data to identify areas where providers can improve data quality and format and Compare data between internal systems to provide instructions on how to resolve issues.
- Identify outreach projects needed based on analysis.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
