We need a skilled Product Manager to join our team, specializing in Sales and Support technology. The perfect candidate should excel in using AI to improve customer experience and boost business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Craft, communicate, and advocate a distinct product vision and strategy for Sales and Support technologies, integrating AI to enhance customer engagement.
- Market Research and Analysis: Undertake meticulous market research to uncover customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Employ these observations to guide product development and positioning.
- Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a detailed 4-quarterly product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Prioritize features and improvements based on impact and feasibility. Present roadmap progress and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional collaborators.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX designers, sales, legal, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication, alignment and collaboration across distributed teams and geographies.
- Customer Engagement: Work with customers & key team members to gather feedback, grasp problems, and validate product concepts. Apply this feedback to propel continuous improvement and innovation.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track critical metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement and innovation. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- AI Thought Leadership: Recognize opportunities where AI can significantly change the transactional digital-human exchanges. Define creative solutions that improve the transactional sales and support processes. Keep abreast of the most recent AI advancements and integrate them into product development. Work together with business, engineering, and data science teams to prototype, validate, and launch AI-powered features that boost automation, personalization, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, specializing in transactional Sales and Support technologies. Demonstrated success in launching and overseeing products.
- Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge and proven history of integrating AI technologies and their utilization in transactional Sales and Support field. Having familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools is greatly valued.
- Experience with Leading AI Platforms: Having worked with industry-leading AI ecosystems like Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, or AWS SageMaker is highly desirable. Being familiar with integrating these platforms into enterprise-scale sales and support systems is a strong advantage. Demonstrated success in employing these technologies to build scalable, intelligent solutions that improve user efficiency, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes will set you apart.
- Analytical Abilities: Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of effectively engaging with technical and non-technical collaborators.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,400 -- $253,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $175,300 - $253,900

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
