📋 Job Requirements & Description
The Sr. Associate, People Experience (Assistant Manager) role will work in close partnership with the Business, Country HR and the Talent COE to ensure efficient execution of talent programs and processes that are aligned with business priorities. In addition, the role will also provide Business Partnering support to strategic enabling functions within Pfizer India. The role would entail, but not be limited to, driving seamless execution of annual processes(e.g., performance management, career management, merit planning, talent reviews etc.) and support in launching new programs aligned with in-market business strategy. (S)he will work with the Senior HR Business Partners as well as other COE Teams in enabling assigned business units and leaders in building a high-trust, high-performance culture.
Additionally, the role will champion the adoption and implementation of AI-led solutions across HR and business processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience through digital and data-driven approaches.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support implementation of global and regional HR systems and processes for the country. These could be in the areas of Talent Review, Performance management, and succession planning.
- Support in Building a strong talent succession pipeline by developing and implementing a robust Hi-Potential Management Program in line with the Global Processes. Help identify opportunities to nurture Hi-Potential talent using developmental opportunities, career planning exercises and periodic reviews
- Support identification of training needs across different management levels and help implement programs to bridge competency gaps.
- Support the global Pfizer Voice employee engagement survey - roll out, analysis of results & action planning
- Supports the annual performance management and compensation processes in alignment with country practices
- Oversee the employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit for colleagues with above market reporting
- Partner with business as well as with key HR stakeholders such as C&B, Talent Acquisition, Local Ops in driving key initiatives.
- Provide managers coaching on HR systems and processes, with an emphasis on making them self-sufficient in utilizing - on-line tools.
- Drive learning, experimentation, and implementation of AI-driven solutions in HR and business processes, including identifying use cases, supporting pilots, and scaling adoption to improve efficiency and employee experience
QUALIFICATIONS
• Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA in HR with 2–3 years of experience
• Any other professional certification supporting the role is an added advantage
• Experience of working on Talent management, Performance management & Org Development processes would be preferred
• Exposure to or interest in AI, digital HR tools, and data-driven decision-making will be an added advantage
