Role Summary
The Knowledge Management Analyst (L4) will support the Knowledge Management team by driving structured governance operations, managing policy version control and tracking training compliance.
This role is execution-focused and responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy, process adherence, and timely enablement across content governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Version Control
- Maintain and update centralized repositories for policies, SOPs, and governance documentation.
- Own version tracking and ensure approved updates are reflected across internal and partner-facing platforms.
- Coordinate review and approval workflows (Legal, Partner Experience, Product) to ensure timely updates.
Training Governance & Enablement
- Track completion of required trainings and maintain compliance dashboards.

Tool Launch & Change Support
- Support rollout of governance and audit tools by updating documentation and process guides.
