The Role
Required Skills
- Required 5+ years of Experience in Lead end-to-end vulnerability and risk management, including assessment, prioritization, remediation tracking, and risk acceptance.
- Perform and govern vulnerability assessments using industry tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7) with risk-based prioritization.
- Correlate vulnerabilities with asset criticality, threat intelligence, exploitability, and business impact.
- Proactively identify emerging cyber threats and support threat modeling and attack surface analysis.
- Support incident response governance, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
- Drive infrastructure, platform, and cloud security hardening aligned to CIS, NIST, and regulatory standards.
- Lead cloud risk and compliance initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including guardrails and secure architecture reviews.
- Support Zero Trust security design and maturity across identity, network, and access controls.
- Maintain and report enterprise cyber risk registers, dashboards, and leadership metrics.
- Leverage automation and Gen AI to enhance risk identification, correlation, and reporting.
- Partner with technology, cloud, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to embed risk-aware security practices.
Who You Are
- Strong experience in cyber risk, vulnerability management, and compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, network, OS, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks, NIST frameworks, CSPM tools, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Experience working with SOC, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
