About the Team

The Data Analytics & Reporting team delivers analytics, reporting, and automation solutions across Finance Operations, supporting Collections, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), and Record-to-Report (R2R) functions.

We are seeking a Manager – Data Analytics to drive reporting excellence, provide actionable insights, and build scalable data solutions that improve operational performance. This role will primarily support the Collections function while partnering across other Finance workstreams as needed. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with the ability to collaborate across global teams and translate data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance Tableau dashboards, define key performance indicators (critical metrics), and translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

  • Leverage SQL and Python to conduct deep-dive analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that support operational decision-making.

  • Deliver timely and high-quality analysis to address operational questions, investigate data discrepancies, and support evolving business priorities.

  • Improve data workflows and reporting processes through automation and scalable solutions using tools such as Jenkins and other workflow technologies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to align analytics initiatives with broader business goals.

  • Find opportunities to apply modern technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, to enhance reporting capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive smarter decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 7–9+ years of experience using data analytics to solve business problems.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau, GITHUB.

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, performing deep-dive analysis to uncover insights and trends.

  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across regions such as the US, UK, and India.

  • Experience supporting Finance Operations or Accounts Receivable / Collections analytics is a strong plus.

  • Experience building automated workflows, data pipelines, and reporting systems developed to grow efficiently. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and structured problem-solving approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Analysis, or an equivalent area or equivalent experience is a plus. 

Additional Information

  • Candidates who are available to join at short notice will be preferred.
  • Dedicated to be in the Bengaluru office 3 days per week, encouraging a strong onsite culture for the global hub.
